  4. Storage in Nexo Miami warehouses.

  6. Refunds, Returns, Claims

Applicable law. This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida and the United States, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. Any dispute over the terms of this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Dade and Broward counties, and using these services you access the jurisdiction of these courts. The Courts of Dade and Broward Counties shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this agreement.
