Good to know

What does the price include?
Every stay includes the pool, fitness center, Tech Center, and rooftop lounges, and there is no resort fee. Taxes and our booking fee are listed separately at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is three nights, and it’s the same all year.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
Is there parking?
Yes, there’s valet parking for guests, and the garage has charging for electric cars.
Are pets allowed?
Nexo is pet-friendly. A pet fee applies in some residences.
What is the cancellation policy?
You get a full refund if you cancel 30 days or more before check-in, or a 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 29 days before. After that, the stay is non-refundable. The booking fee is refunded only if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.
Can I book several residences together?
Yes. If you’re booking five or more residences, send us a group inquiry. Our team will handle the details and keep every residence on a single contract.
